Many Homeowners Received Foreclosed Notices in Pasco County

In Pasco County, Florida there were about 300 homes that went into the foreclosure process. The homeowner received at least one notificiation of foreclosure in March. After the homeowner receives a final notice of foreclosure they must move out of the home taking all of their belongings with them. If a deputy must remove the family then they will only have a few minutes to gather stuff and leave.

For the most part, the deputy in Pasco County had said that most of the homeowners that lost their homes had already moved out by the time he arrived at the foreclosed home. If the people were not moved out then he would give them enough time to grab some clothes, important paperwork, and any medications they may need and leave. The people would end up losing all of their furniture and most of their belongings. The deputy is only serving the court and making sure that the people leave the premises.

Locks are changed and the place is cleaned up from what ever is left behind. In many cases the lender hires a company to come in and remove any left items such as furniture and place it up for sale. In many cases, the owner of the foreclosed property will have to remodel the inside of the home in order to be able to sell it. This hasn’t been a big problem, however, in Pasco County. Most homeowners that foreclosed moved out and removed most of their belongings without trouble.
