New York County Offering Meeting to Help Homeowners Facing Foreclosure


In Central Valley, New York there will be a meeting to help homeowners stay in their homes. The meeting will cover how borrowers who have fallen behind on their mortgage payments will be able to get their loans modified. Dunlap Solutions will be hosting the meeting which will offer various kinds of information for homeowners searching for help.

On Saturday, April 25th at 11am the meeting will begin until 1pm at the Central Valley Firehouse on 28th Smith Clove Road. The purpose is to help struggling homeowners facing foreclosure to figure out a way to communicate with their lenders and work out a modification on their loans. The meeting will provide information about how to negotiate their loans with their lenders without any refinancing or appraisal needed. The meeting will also have information regarding short sales and will perform follow ups with homeowners that receive help with counselors from the meeting.
